REQUIREMENTS

See panels you’d like to have at your con? BL Garden knows how to fill the room! In exchange for our time and effort at your con, we request the following be provided:

DALLAS / FORT WORTH conventions

  • Parking passes

  • Panelist badges*

  • Guest listing on the website and social promotion of BL Garden as guests

    – Hotel accommodations and travel compensation are always appreciated, but not required –

TEXAS conventions

  • Hotel accommodations (Thursday – Sunday)

  • Parking passes

  • Panelist badges*

  • Guest listing on the website and social promotion of BL Garden as guests

    – Travel compensation is appreciated, but not required –

OUT OF STATE conventions

  • Hotel accommodations (Thursday – Sunday)

  • Travel compensation (flight cost or gas stipend if driving)

  • Meals, green room access, or per diem food stipend

  • Parking passes (if needed)

  • Panelist badges*

  • Guest listing on the website and social promotion of BL Garden as guests

*Please note that our panelist count is based on the programming hours requested / contracted as well as the individual panels requested. Due to personal work schedules, not every panelist and panel may be available for a convention.
